2002 foreigners can acquire real estate property based on the decree of
Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. |

present the purchase of property and the construction of buildings in
the United Arab Emirates are regulated by the federal civil code (article
742-848 and 1134 et seqq.). |

| The
warranty of the local government as well as the contractual warranty of
the complete acquisition of the property in the respective purchase contract,
guarantee that the buyer receive a transferable and inheritable security
documented in the register of land and property of the United Arab Emirates.
Inheritances are regulated in the civil code, article 17. |
